Will it work with my lease admin database or other technology tools I use daily?
Lease Administration Academy is a system-neutral program you can apply to any leased portfolio, regardless of the software used to store portfolio information. A lease administration database is just a tool. If you stay at one company long enough, you'll likely work on several systems that accommodate your portfolio needs at different times. Therefore, although the applications will dictate the steps in your processes, the principles and special considerations you'll learn in this course transcend well beyond the tools.
Will I still benefit from the course if I'm a brand-new lease administrator and my company already has documented processes?
Absolutely! If you already have a documented process, it's just a bonus of "SO-much-less" writing for you. The course material is timeless and highly customizable as it focuses on principles and strategies rather than click-here-click-there instructions for a particular software. Also, training new team members is an excellent opportunity to test out process documentation and note inconsistencies for review and updates.
