Here are a few questions you may have before enrolling:
It's the most common question and the most relevant to the busy lease admins. The short answer is YES! The long answer is you can't afford NOT to make time for this course. The objective is to simplify lease admin for you, not to add more work. The videos are short, so you can fit them into small pockets of time or binge-watch a few on a slow day. Simultaneously, exercises are simple and manageable; you can do most during your lunch-break, if strapped for time.

Will it work with my lease admin database or other technology tools I use daily?
Lease Administration Academy is a system-neutral program you can apply to any leased portfolio, regardless of the software used to store portfolio information. A lease admin database is just a tool. If you stay at one company long enough, you'll likely work on several systems that accommodate your portfolio needs at different times. Therefore, although the applications will dictate the steps in your processes, the principles and special considerations you'll learn in this course transcend well beyond the tools.
Will I still benefit from the course if I'm a brand-new lease administrator and my company already has documented processes?
Absolutely! If you already have a documented process, it's just a bonus of "SO-much-less" writing for you. The course material is timeless and highly customizable as it focuses on principles and strategies rather than click-here-click-there instructions for a particular software. Also, training new team members is an excellent opportunity to test out process documentation and note inconsistencies to update.
How long will I have access to the program?
As the student of the Inaugural Class, you get the program at an unbelievably low price for one year. Meaning, you'll get access to the most recent version of the course (yes, all videos, slidedeck PDFs, audio files, workbook, and templates) for one year from the day 1st module is released. All materials are downloadable, so save them to your device as you go to have access for as long as you need.
What if I decide Lease Admin Academy isn't for me?
If after working through the first two modules, (in the first fourteen days expiring June 12th), you don't feel absolutely excited and ready to wrangle your lease admin process, while simplifying your job and advancing your career, email me, showing you've done the work, and I'll refund your fee.
What course details do I need to know?
The Inaugural Class enrollment is open until 5 pm Eastern on May 27th.
You will have access to the Welcome Module (including the LAA Project Plan) as soon as you enroll.
Modules will be released weekly at 10 am Eastern, with Module 1 going Live on May 30th.
You will need to request to join the Members Only LinkedIn group. The link will be in your Welcome email.
The Members Only LinkedIn group will stay open until July 29th, while Live Q&A Sessions will end on July 15th.
